Total Texts Sent: Total number of system texts sent during the reporting interval.
Total Emails Sent: Total number of emails sent within the reporting interval.
Total Print Sent: Total number of prints sent within the reporting interval.
Total Repair Orders: Total number of repair orders generated within the reporting interval (imported from DMS).
Closing Ratio: % of automated communications that converted to appointments.
Sum([Ro No]) / (Sum([Text Message No]) + Sum([Email No]) + Sum([Print No]))
Revenue: Total revenue generated from automated campaigns (text/email/print) during the reporting interval.
Campaign Summary: Performance summary of all automated campaigns (text/email/print).
Type: Represents the campaign type (text, email, print).
# Texts Sent: Total number of system generated texts sent by campaign.
