Cases Open and Closed: The total number of cases that were created and the percentage in which are open and closed.

  • 41 Total represents the total number of cases created.

Total Cases: The total amount of cases that were created during the reporting interval.

Total Open Cases: The total number of open cases.

Total Closed Cases: The total number of closed cases.

Average Days to Close: The average amount of time it takes to close a case (1 day, 2 day, etc.)

Cases Created by Date: The total number of cases that were created by day during the reporting interval. This allows dealers to quickly spot any spikes that may require further investigation.

Customer Detail: A detailed table displaying customer-specific information for each open case. This includes the customer's name, vehicle details, case number, case subject, priority, status, date assigned, last service date, and the manager responsible for the case.
