Appointments Screen or Calendar
Please note: Depending on your point-of-sale we may or may not be able to see appointments created within your point of sale.
The appointment screen can be found by going to Service at the top of your Screen and then selecting Appointments from the left side menu.
If your point of sale supports us seeing your appointments you will see them listed here as well as appointments made through our online appointment scheduler.
Pending Appointments
Appointments requested through the online appointment scheduler (once it has been placed on your website) can be found here to Confirm/Adjust as needed before they are added to your schedule
Add Appointment
You can also add appointments manually into MyShopManager and use this as your appointment calendar.
To add an appointment from the appointment screen, click the green Add Appointment button.
From the pop-up window you can search, add a customer, add their vehicle information, and pick their appointment date/time. You can also choose to send them a text and email confirmation. Once that is all filled out click Add Appointment.
Setup
Access to additional Appointment settings and Online Appointment Scheduler options.
Once you click the Setup button at the top right it will open another page with menu options to select
Appointment Settings
From here you can change your Calendar view, add Services to be listed online, change the hours of your Scheduler, access the codes to place the online scheduler on your website through Website Integration, add the calendar to an existing online calendar, edit the Pending and Confirmation messages, specify the vehicles you work on for the scheduler, and change the maximum number of bookings allowed in each time slot.
