In this section we have collected some of the questions most asked by our shops that DO NOT relate to a specific page/section within MyShopManager.

Please note that each page/section in MyShopManager has it’s own individual article with a smaller FAQ’s section at the bottom for that specific page/section. For Example; if you have a question about the Messaging Center you would open the article for that page and click on the FAQ’s for it.

If you don’t see your question here then please reach out to us by ticket so we can help you, we do also keep track of questions received by ticket so we can add them to this section!
