Can I track Area Mail?

Unfortunately we are unable to track area mail at this time,

The tracking functionality within MyShopManager is designed for our direct to customer mail pieces so it follows the pieces as they go that specific address. With area mail you are sending to an entire area and not a specific address which is why the tracking differs.
