Email Campaigns can be a great way to get a message or promotion out to a large number of customers and be able to include things like pictures! Here are the standard default email templates that will be on your account on MyShopManager:
Client Thank You
This email goes out to your customers on the 2nd or greater visit and thanks them for coming in and requests a review!
New Customer Welcome
Welcomes new customers to the shop and asks them to Like the shop on Facebook.
New Customer Referral
Sends out to new customers to build new referrals. We offer the existing new customer $20 off their next visit if they refer someone new and offers the person they referred $20 off their 1st visit. This is a great way to have new customers help build your business.
Recommended Services Step 1
A reminder style email campaign that sends to customers who have recommended/declined services due and offers them a discount for scheduling an appointment when they receive the email.
