When Will A One Time Email Campaign Go Out?

Email campaigns are able to be sent out pretty frequently, however there are a few rules when we send mass emails that we follow to protect the company's email address as well as your shop's email address.

• Large numbers of emails are broken up into chunks of 500 per hour - i.e. (500 first hour, another 500 the next

• If it is close to your shop’s closing time for the day (or after hours) we will delay sending the rest until 9 AM or the next day that your shop is open, whichever is earlier.
