Create a Campaign

Looking to set up a one-time text message or email campaign that is not part of your store’s normal campaign cadence? This is a step-by-step guide on creating a campaign.

We have a team of Campaign Support Specialists who will help guide you through the campaign creation process.

Before you get started, please consider the following:

  1. What type of campaign will you need?

    1. We currently offer Email, Text, and Opportunity campaigns.

  2. Decide how you will pull customers for this campaign.

    1. Will you be sending a list of specific customers, or do you need us to pull that for you based on specific parameters? Remember, we do have access to the current customers in your DMS.

    2. If you send a list, do we need to be aware of people who do NOT need to receive the campaign?

  3. Prepare all necessary information.

    1. If this is a text or email, will there be images and specific verbiages? We currently offer verbiage assistance, as well as coupon design and creation.

    2. If this is a text, will there need to be a followup opportunity?

    3. Is there an expiration date that we need to know? Note: Federal guidelines prohibit us from sending more than 250 texts messages per campaign per day.

    4. If this is an opportunity campaign, should all customers need to be loaded into the software on the same day?

  4. Send all above information into the support department.
    Visit https://bolton-technology.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/12/group/31/create/136 and fill in all of the required information. See below for reference. All required fields have an asterisk * and are highlighted below.

  5. Click on Send at the bottom of the request.

  6. Your request will now be sent to our Support department. Should they have any further questions or updates, they will reach out to you directly.
