Overview of the Leads Tab

A step-by-step guide to the Leads tab within the software.

Leads are prospective customers who have not been into the dealership previously and are not already in the existing customer database where they can be targeted by opportunity or text message campaigns.

  1. Leads lists can be sent to our Dealer Support team where they will be uploaded into the software. Think Not Engaged or Recall customers who live in your Primary Marketing Area, but are servicing elsewhere.

  2. Once leads are uploaded into the software, they can be pulled up via the Leads tab. There are several options to filter by.

    1. Date Range: The date the lead was loaded into the system

    2. First Name: The lead’s first name

    3. Last Name: The lead’s last name

    4. Phone Number: The lead's cell phone number

    5. Email: The lead’s email address

    6. VIN: The lead’s vehicle identification number

    7. Vehicle Make: The lead’s vehicle make

    8. Vehicle Model: The lead’s vehicle model

    9. Sort By: Select to show the leads in order by the date they were loaded, their cell phone number, or their seller if we have this on file.

  3. Select the lead you are needing, and navigate to their contact profile.

  4. From here, you can contact the lead, view and edit their contact information, or delete the lead.

    1. You also have the option to add a note and log an activity, similar to an active customer’s profile in the Opportunity tab.
