Contact Support

Need help? Contact our support team! Within the Communicator, there is a way to easily get support when needed.

To contact Support, first look for your initials in the top right corner and then select them.

My Initials are TU.

Then click on Support.

From there, you can use the phone number you see to call us, or use our built-in email system to send us an email. Where you will be able to attach files as well.

Your email will automatically populate as the email you are sending from. Just enter a Subject, Description, select the type of support you need, and attach any necessary files. Click “Send,” and you have successfully contacted support!
