What is direct mail?

Direct Mail is a physical correspondence that are sent via USPS to your customers, this can be in a form of a postcard or a letter.  These can be for a specific season, a holiday, or just to say thank you; and are a great way to help with branding and retention. It can take up to two weeks for addresses to fully populate onto direct mail. For more information on the forms of direct mail available you can read

We have templated direct mail campaigns, that we will sometimes email you about sending, but you can also submit Custom Art Requests for Direct Mail campaigns if you have a specific idea or event that you would like us to create something for.

To send Direct Mail campaigns we utilize a points system (each point equals one penny) and you can pre-purchase these points or have them purchased automatically when you send the campaign. For more information on this you can read What are points and how do they work?
